People have equal value, but not equal giftedness. Some have a multitude of talents and others fewer, but all of us have something we can do well. What is essential is that we work with our teammates in an area where they can maximize their talent. If we can do this then we can build a team that will out product any team in the industry. Some people are great planners, some are great speakers, some are great social flies, and other abilities. So use them in the right area and let them shine. Remember to give credit to the people who perform well.

Hello Friends,
It is 'Good Friday' ! Everyday is Good Friday...if you know how to handle each and every day of your life.
Hundreds and hundreds of people over my career in network marketing have asked me time and time again the same question. "How some people reach such levels of success and others with lots more education, lots more money, lots more class, and more going for them end up as complete failures?"
Here is the answer and the secret. The secret is that these winners get going first. They look at their tasks and goals and then they break them down into small manageable tasks. They take the first task and complete it before going on to the next task. They do several small tasks completely and then they celebrate their minor successes. Then they continue to the other tasks until all tasks are completed on the project. They repeat this process on every project that they under take.
If you will take small tasks and do the best you can until it is complete and then do another task for your worthwhile projects until complete then you will surpass the average person and become a success, too !
Just try this on your next project and we will see you at the top.

A New Paradigm Shift !

How to Judge a Company
I am often asked the question, "how do you select a company to join in business ?". These questions often come from newcomers to the network marketing industry.
I am quick to answer them with the same answer Fortune uses to judge a company. Here are the attributes on which companies are evaluated by Fortune.
1. Ability to attract and retail talented people.
2. Quality of management.
3. Social responsibility to the community, state and environment.
4. Innovativeness.
5. Wise use of corporate assets.
6. Quality of products and service.
7. Financial soundness.
8. Long team investment value.
9. Effectiveness in doing business globally.
10. And last...How do you feel about the company?
Please study this test the next time you are thinking about making a move. As careful as I am I made a major mistake one time by letting my heart evaluate the move. Big mistake. Thank you and I want to wish you much success in the field of network marketing...it is the last GREAT business frontier.

People do not want to work any more !
Hello Friends.
Today I got an e-mail from someone I had offered my opportunity and that e-mail leads me to this posting today.
The bulk of the e-mail I received today was centered around the fact that this person did not want to WORK to get the end result...more money for his family.
Even today this attitude floors me and I have a hard time dealing with people who do not have a good work ethic. That is the reason we have so many people working the system...wanting something for nothing.
But, you know what? That opens the door for us who are willing to work and go the extra mile for what we want and what we want for our families.
On a regular basis I read this "Recipe for Success" by William A. Ward.

You have to give up all your excuses !
Welcome back to my blog,
Once you are in the 'people-business' for any length of time you will be able to identify good prospects within the first 5 minutes of your very first conversation with them.
How ? Successful people NEVER make excuses and if you discover your new prospect making excuses for their position in life, the business they are in, their teammates, or any negative excuses then this prospect is doomed to fail.
We are looking for people who will take one-hundred percent responsibility of everything...their lives, their families, their jobs and their home-based business if they decide to join you and your team.
While building a home-based network marketing business you do not have time to build other peoples business...and most importantly you do not have time to listen to excuses...therefore you are looking for someone that will take the opportunity and run with it !
The best felling in life is when someone will join your team and take charge. They become leaders, learning, building and running their business and not depending on you to do it for them !
My advise to you is to spend all of your time looking for leaders...you only need 3-6 personal leaders in network marketing to make you successful.

1. People do not join a company...they join you ! In order to have lots of people on your team and in your business you must become someone people will want to be in business with and want to share their goals and dream with over the next 3-5 years. Are you that person ? Are you working to improve to a point that you are going to be a legend in this industry. You can if you believe you can !
2. People do not join you to have mansion on a hill, 12 automobiles, an airplane and two large boats. They join you to get some extra cash to help them to enjoy their passion...they are going to keep their 'day-job'. They just need an additional stream of income to do some other things. They can not see themselves as a professional network marketer.
So you need to work on these two key elements of your business and understand what they are and how they will fit into your plans.
Now share these two keys with your leaders and over the next 90 days work together to fit these two keys into your being.
